Valley Craft's® Box Dumper features a 230V electrical specification, a chute measuring 51 x 48 inches, and a capacity of 2,000 lbs with a dump height of 48 inches, ideal for improving material handling efficiency while reducing employee fatigue. Designed to accommodate a variety of containers including Gaylords, crates, tubs, and cartons, the unit includes a spring-loaded hold down bar that supports adjustable container heights ranging from 30 to 56 inches in 2-inch increments. Constructed with heavy-duty 7 gauge steel, the side walls and body are built to endure rigorous use, and predrilled mounting holes allow for secure floor bolting. Operation is facilitated by a 20-foot corded hand-held pendant with a magnetic back, which completes the powered dump cycle in under 30 seconds and features a gravity return, enabling operators to stop and start at any point during the dumping process. The hydraulic control valve system provides smooth operation while balancing load and strain on the cylinders, ensuring durability. The unit is powered by a 3 phase/60 Hz/230V, 2HP motor and has a standard rating of 12 DPH. It is finished with a premium powder coat paint in green, ships fully assembled, and is manufactured in the U.S.A. Accessory options include separately sold side guards.
