The Guardian® B7-Comfort arc flash harness is designed with multiple patented features, ensuring safety and comfort during use. This harness includes a Dialock adjustment system for precise fitting, an adjustable waist pad that supports tool bag attachment, and a three-six-O harness chassis that provides innovative 360-degree hip mobility, allowing the torso and legs to move independently. Constructed from premium heat and burn resistant materials, specifically Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, it is compliant with ASTM F887 arc flash standards, ensuring structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures encountered during an arc flash event. The harness features integrated Twiceme Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® tech for quick access to critical safety information and asset management, as well as patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads for added safety. An EZ-D dorsal D-ring allows for easy access and includes a patent-pending integrated SRL adapter slot, while custom aluminum hardware contributes to weight reduction, and leather insulator pads enhance heat and arc protection.
