This arc flash harness is constructed from premium heat and burn resistant materials, including Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, ensuring proper function and structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures, such as during an arc flash event. It meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and features a 36-O chassis that provides innovative 360-degree hip mobility by integrating the torso and legs, allowing for independent movement. The patented double-locking Dialock torso adjusters facilitate easy, quick, and precise adjustments, while the adjustable padding offers a tailored fit. Integrated TWICEME Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® feature allows for quick access to critical safety information during emergencies, as well as product inspection logging and asset management. Additionally, it includes patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring for easy access, a patent-pending integrated SRL adapter slot, custom aluminum hardware for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads for enhanced heat and arc protection.
