The Guardian® B7-Comfort arc flash harness combines multiple unique and patented features while ensuring safety and comfort. This harness is constructed from premium heat and burn resistant materials, including Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, designed to maintain structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures during an arc flash event. It meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and includes a 36-O chassis that provides an innovative 360-degree hip mobility solution, allowing the torso and legs to move independently. The harness features patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters for quick and precise adjustments, adjustable padding for a tailored fit, and trauma suspension relief straps integrated into the leg pads. Additionally, it incorporates Twiceme Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® for easy access to critical safety information during emergencies and includes an EZ-D dorsal D-ring with an integrated SRL adapter slot. Custom aluminum hardware is utilized for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads provide added heat and arc protection.
