The multi-award-winning Guardian® B7-Comfort arc flash harness features a combination of advanced safety and functional attributes, including the Dialock adjusters, an adjustable waist pad designed for tool bag attachment, and a three-six-O harness chassis. Constructed from premium heat and burn resistant materials such as Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, this harness maintains structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures encountered during an arc flash event. It meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and incorporates innovative features such as the 36-O chassis for enhanced hip mobility, allowing the torso and legs to move independently. The patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters facilitate quick and precise adjustments, while Integrated Twiceme Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® tech enables instant access to critical safety information during emergencies along with product inspection logging. Furthermore, it includes patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring with an integrated SRL adapter slot for easy access, custom aluminum hardware for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads for added heat and arc protection.
