The multi-award-winning Guardian® B7-Comfort is now available in an arc flash version, retaining its multiple unique and patented features, including the Dialock adjusters, adjustable waist pad designed for a customizable tool bag attachment system, and a three-six-o harness chassis. This arc flash harness is constructed from premium heat and burn resistant materials such as Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, ensuring optimal function and structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures, particularly during an arc flash event. It meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and features a 36-O chassis, which provides a groundbreaking 360-degree hip mobility solution, integrating the torso and legs while allowing independent movement for enhanced mobility. The patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters facilitate easy, quick, and precise adjustments. Additionally, it incorporates TwiceMe Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® feature, allowing rapid access to critical safety information in emergencies, as well as product inspection logging and asset management. The harness includes patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps embedded in the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring that is easy to reach with a patent-pending integrated SRL adapter slot, custom aluminum hardware for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads that provide increased heat and arc protection.
