This arc flash harness is constructed from premium heat and burn resistant materials, specifically Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, ensuring structural integrity and performance against electrical currents and extreme temperatures during an arc flash event. It meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and features a 36-O chassis for enhanced 360-degree hip mobility, integrating the torso and legs for independent movement. The patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters facilitate quick and precise adjustments, while the adjustable padding provides a tailored fit. It includes Integrated TwiceMe Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® tech for easy access to critical safety information and product inspection logging, as well as patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads. The EZ-D dorsal D-ring offers an easy-to-reach design with a patent-pending integrated SRL adapter slot. Additionally, custom aluminum hardware contributes to weight reduction, and leather insulator pads provide extra heat and arc protection.
