This harness is constructed from premium heat and burn-resistant materials such as Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, ensuring proper function and structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures during arc flash events. The B7-Comfort arc flash harness meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and features a 36-O chassis that provides a unique 360-degree hip mobility solution, integrating the torso and legs for independent movement. The patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters allow for easy and precise adjustments, while the adjustable padding offers a tailored fit. Furthermore, it incorporates TWICEME Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® for quick access to critical safety information during emergencies, as well as product inspection logging and asset management. Additional features include patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring with an integrated SRL adapter slot, custom aluminum hardware for reduced weight, and leather insulator pads for enhanced heat and arc protection.
