The multi-award-winning Guardian® B7-Comfort is available in an arc flash version, retaining its unique and patented features such as Dialock adjusters, an adjustable waist pad, and a three-six-O harness chassis. The B7-Comfort arc flash harness is constructed from premium heat and burn resistant materials, including Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, ensuring proper function and structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures, particularly during an arc flash event. It meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and includes a 36-O chassis—an innovative design that provides 360-degree hip mobility by integrating the torso and legs while allowing for independent movement. The harness features patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters for easy, quick, and precise adjustments, as well as adjustable padding for a tailored fit. Integrated TwiceMe Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® tech facilitates quick access to critical safety information during emergencies and allows for product inspection logging and asset management. Moreover, the design incorporates patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads and an EZ-D dorsal D-ring that features a patent-pending integrated SRL adapter slot for accessibility. Custom aluminum hardware contributes to weight reduction, and leather insulator pads provide additional heat and arc protection.
