The Guardian® B7-Comfort arc flash harness is designed to provide optimal safety and mobility without sacrificing comfort, incorporating advanced features such as Dialock adjusters, an adjustable waist pad, and a three-six-O harness chassis. Constructed from premium heat and burn-resistant materials like Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, it ensures structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures typically encountered during an arc flash event. This harness meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and includes a 36-O chassis that offers a unique 360-degree hip mobility solution, allowing for independent movement of the torso and legs. Key features include patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters for quick and precise adjustments, adjustable padding for a tailored fit, and integrated TWICEME Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® technology for easy access to critical safety information in emergencies, as well as product inspection logging and asset management. Additionally, the harness is equipped with patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring with an integrated SRL adapter slot, custom aluminum hardware for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads for enhanced heat and arc protection.
