The multi-award-winning Guardian® B7-Comfort arc flash harness is constructed from premium heat and burn resistant materials, including Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, ensuring structural integrity and functionality against electrical hazards and extreme temperatures, such as those encountered during an arc flash event. This harness meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and features a 36-O chassis that provides an innovative 360-degree hip mobility solution, allowing for independent movement of the torso and legs. It is equipped with patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters for quick and precise adjustments, adjustable padding for a tailored fit, and integrated Twiceme Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® technology for easy access to critical safety information and asset management. The design also includes patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring for easy reach and an integrated SRL adapter slot, custom aluminum hardware for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads for enhanced heat and arc protection.
