The Guardian® B7-Comfort Arc Flash Harness is designed with multiple unique and patented features, maintaining the functionality expected from the multi-award-winning B7-Comfort series. It includes Dialock adjusters, an adjustable waist pad, and a three-six-O harness chassis, crafted from premium heat and burn-resistant materials such as Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, which provide structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures typical of arc flash events. This harness meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and features a 36-O chassis that offers a 360-degree hip mobility solution, allowing the torso and legs to move independently for superior mobility. Additionally, it boasts patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters for quick and precise adjustments, adjustable padding for a tailored fit, and integrated TwiceMe Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® tech for swift access to critical safety information during emergencies, as well as product inspection logging and asset management. It also includes patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring with an integrated SRL adapter slot, custom aluminum hardware for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads to enhance heat and arc protection.
