The multi-award-winning Guardian® B7-Comfort arc flash harness features multiple unique and patented components, including Dialock adjusters, an adjustable waist pad that supports the adjustable tool bag attachment system, and a three-six-O harness chassis. Constructed from premium heat and burn-resistant materials such as Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, this harness ensures proper function and structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures during arc flash events. It meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and incorporates a 36-O chassis for innovative 360-degree hip mobility; the O-ring hip design integrates the torso and legs, allowing for independent movement. Additional features include patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters for easy and precise adjustments, integrated Twiceme Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® tech for quick access to critical safety information and product inspection logging, patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring with an easy-to-reach design and integrated SRL adapter slot, custom aluminum hardware for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads for enhanced heat and arc protection.
