The multi-award-winning Guardian® B7-Comfort arc flash harness combines advanced technology and premium materials to provide superior protection and comfort without compromising its unique features. Made from heat and burn resistant materials, including Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, this harness ensures structural integrity and functionality during extreme conditions, such as an arc flash event. It meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and features a 36-O chassis for enhanced 360-degree hip mobility, allowing the torso and legs to move independently. The patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters facilitate easy and precise adjustments, while the adjustable padding ensures a tailored fit. Additional features include integrated Twiceme Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® for emergency access to safety information and asset management, as well as trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads. The harness also includes an EZ-D dorsal D-ring with a patent-pending integrated SRL adapter slot for easy reach and custom aluminum hardware that reduces weight, along with leather insulator pads for increased heat and arc protection.
