The multi-award-winning Guardian® B7-Comfort is available in an arc flash version, incorporating multiple unique and patented features such as Dialock adjusters, an adjustable waist pad supporting the adjustable tool bag attachment system, and a three-six-O harness chassis. Constructed from premium heat and burn-resistant materials including Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, the B7-Comfort arc flash harness ensures proper function and structural integrity when exposed to electrical currents and extreme temperatures. It meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and features a 36-O chassis for innovative 360-degree hip mobility, allowing independent movement of the torso and legs. The patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters provide an easy and precise adjustment method, while the integrated Twiceme Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® tech offers quick access to critical safety information during emergencies, as well as product inspection logging and asset management capabilities. The harness also includes patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps integrated into the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring with a design that facilitates easy reach and includes a patent-pending integrated SRL adapter slot, custom aluminum hardware for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads for added heat and arc protection.
