This arc flash harness is constructed from premium heat and burn resistant materials such as Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, ensuring proper function and structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures experienced during an arc flash event. The harness meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and features a 36-O chassis that offers a 360-degree hip mobility solution, allowing the torso and legs to move independently for enhanced mobility. It also includes patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters for easy, quick, and precise adjustments, adjustable padding for a tailored fit, and integrated TWICEME Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® tech for immediate access to critical safety information during emergencies, along with product inspection logging and asset management capabilities. Additional features include patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps integrated into the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring with an easy-to-reach design and a patent-pending integrated SRL adapter slot, custom aluminum hardware for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads for added heat and arc protection.
