This arc flash harness is constructed from premium heat and burn resistant materials, such as Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, ensuring proper function and structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures during an arc flash event. The harness meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and features a 36-O chassis, providing an innovative 360-degree hip mobility solution that enables independent movement of the torso and legs. It also includes patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters for easy, quick, and precise adjustments, along with integrated Twiceme Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® tech for quick access to critical safety information during emergencies and product inspection logging. Additional components include patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring, a patent-pending integrated SRL adapter slot for easy access, custom aluminum hardware for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads for added heat and arc protection.
