Designed with premium heat and burn-resistant materials such as Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, this harness ensures proper function and structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures, such as those encountered during an arc flash event. It meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and features a 36-O chassis that provides an innovative 360-degree hip mobility solution, allowing the torso and legs to move independently for superior mobility. The patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters enable quick and precise adjustments, while an adjustable padding system provides a tailored fit. Integrated Twiceme Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® tech facilitates quick access to critical safety information during emergencies, including product inspection logging and asset management. Additionally, the harness includes patent-pending trauma suspension relief straps integrated into the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring with a patent-pending integrated SRL adapter slot, custom aluminum hardware for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads for enhanced heat and arc protection.
