This arc flash harness is constructed from premium heat and burn-resistant materials, specifically Kevlar® and Nomex® blended webbing, ensuring proper function and structural integrity against electrical currents and extreme temperatures associated with an arc flash event. The harness meets ASTM F887 arc flash standards and incorporates the innovative 36-O chassis, providing 360-degree hip mobility by allowing independent movement of the torso and legs. Key features include patent-pending double-locking Dialock torso adjusters for quick and precise adjustments, integrated Twiceme Safety Technology's® Helping the Helper® for swift access to critical safety information and product inspection logging, trauma suspension relief straps in the leg pads, an EZ-D dorsal D-ring with an integrated SRL adapter slot for ease of access, custom aluminum hardware for weight reduction, and leather insulator pads for enhanced heat and arc protection.
