The Endurance® 0.0 bed is a versatile, heavy-duty, space-saving sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design that enhances strength, constructed from high-impact "no break" polyethylene with no steel or wood components. This bed is compatible with a 30" x 77" mattress, for which a 4-1/2" thick mattress is recommended. The molded-in sides and ends provide increased structural span strength, and the bed can be bolted to the floor through concealed pilot holes using hardware of your choice. Additional attributes include sound dampening, ease of cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance, with field-installed restraint rings available. The bed passes flammability tests in accordance with UL 94 HB and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Flame retardant test reports (passing CAL 133) are available upon request. It is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA and is GREENGUARD Gold certified, ensuring it is ligature resistant. The product comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
