The Endurance™ 1.0 bed 1.0 is a versatile, heavy duty, medium sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features molded in side slots for property box storage and increased structural span strength, as well as molded in end shelving for open storage of personal items. The bed has a durable, one piece, rotationally molded design made from high impact "no break" polyethylene, with no steel or wood components, and is specifically designed for use with a 30" x 75" mattress; a 4-1/2" thick mattress is recommended. The bed can be reverse-mounted to remove the property box storage feature. It offers 1.3 cu. ft. of end shelf storage across two shelves and 4.0 cu. ft. of side storage across two compartments. The sound dampening design supports a static load of 2000 lb. and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Field installed restraint rings are available, and the bed can be bolted to the floor through concealed pilot holes using hardware of your choice. It passes flammability tests as per UL 94 HB and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. The bed is flame retardant (passing CAL 133) and has test reports available upon request. It is also GREENGUARD Gold certified and ligature resistant. The product comes with a 10 year factory warranty and is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA.
