The Endurance™ 1.0 Bed 1.0 is a versatile, heavy-duty, medium-sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments, featuring molded-in side slots for property box storage and increased structural span strength, as well as molded-in end shelving for open storage of personal items. It boasts a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design constructed of high-impact "no break" polyethylene, with no steel or wood components. The bed is compatible with a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommended mattress thickness of 4-1/2". It can be reverse-mounted to eliminate the property box storage feature and offers end shelf storage capacity of 1.3 cu. ft. across two shelves and side storage of 4.0 cu. ft. within two compartments. The bed is designed for sound dampening and can support a static load of 2000 lb. It is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, and field-installed restraint rings are available. The bed can also be securely bolted to the floor using concealed pilot holes with hardware of your choice. It passes flammability tests per UL 94 HB and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Flame retardant test reports (passes CAL 133) are available upon request, and it is Greenguard Gold certified and ligature resistant. Additionally, it is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA and comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
