The Endurance™ 1.0 bed 1.0 is a versatile, heavy-duty, medium-sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features durable, one-piece, rotationally molded construction made from high-impact "no break" polyethylene, ensuring no steel or wood components are included. The bed is designed for use with a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". The molded-in side slots allow for property box storage while increasing structural span strength, and there is molded-in end shelving that provides open storage for personal items. Storage capacity includes 1.3 cu. ft. from two end shelves and 4.0 cu. ft. from two side compartments. The bed offers sound dampening, can support a static load of 2000 lb., and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Field-installed restraint rings are available, and the bed can be bolted to the floor through concealed pilot holes using hardware of your choice. It meets various safety standards, passing flammability testing per UL 94 HB and demonstrating a >99% reduction in bacteria as tested by ISO 22196. It is flame retardant and passes CAL 133, with test reports available upon request. The bed is GREENGUARD Gold certified and designed to be ligature resistant. It comes with a 10-year factory warranty and is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA.
