The Endurance® Bed 1.5 is a versatile, heavy-duty, medium-sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments, featuring a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design constructed from high impact "no break" polyethylene, ensuring increased strength without any steel or wood components. It is compatible with a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2", and includes molded in side slots for property box storage, as well as the option to reverse-mount the bed to eliminate this feature. Additionally, the bed offers molded in end shelving for open storage of personal items, with a total side storage capacity of 4.0 cu. ft. spread across two compartments. The design includes sound dampening properties, supports a static load of 2000 lbs, and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Field installed restraint rings are available, and the bed can be bolted to the floor through concealed pilot holes with hardware of your choice. It complies with flammability standards by passing UL 94 HB and has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Flame retardant test reports (CAL 133) are available upon request, and it is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA. A noise generation test (RAL-AN23-010) indicates that the bed produces half as many decibels compared to steel, and it is Greenguard Gold certified, maintaining ligature resistance. The Endurance® Bed 1.5 comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
