The Endurance™ 1.0 bed 1.0 is a versatile, heavy-duty, medium-sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design constructed of high-impact "no break" polyethylene, eliminating the need for steel or wood components. The bed is specifically designed for use with a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". It includes molded-in side slots for property box storage and end shelving for open storage of personal items, providing 1.3 cu. ft. of end shelf storage across two shelves and 4.0 cu. ft. of side storage in two compartments. The bed boasts sound dampening properties, supports a static load of 2000 lb., and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. It includes the option for field-installed restraint rings and can be bolted to the floor via concealed pilot holes using hardware of your choice. The product passes flammability testing to UL 94 HB and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Additionally, it is flame retardant (passing CAL 133) and GREENGUARD Gold certified, with features that make it ligature resistant. The bed comes with a 10-year factory warranty and is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA.
