The Endurance™ Bed 1.5 is a versatile, heavy-duty, medium-sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design constructed of high-impact "no break" polyethylene, ensuring increased strength without steel or wood components. This bed is designed for use with a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". Molded in side slots allow for property box storage, which can be eliminated by reverse-mounting the bed, while molded in end shelving provides open storage for personal items. The side storage offers 4.0 cu. ft. split across two compartments. The bed supports a 2000 lb. static load and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. It can be fitted with field-installed restraint rings and bolted to the floor using concealed pilot holes with hardware of your choice. The product passes flammability tests UL 94 HB and CAL 133, and it has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Manufactured in the USA to ISO quality standards, the Endurance™ Bed 1.5 produces half as many decibels compared to steel, as established by the noise generation test RAL-AN23-010. This bed is also Greenguard Gold certified and ligature resistant, and it comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
