The Endurance™ Wall Mount Bunk Safety Rail is designed for continuous, intensive use environments, featuring a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design for enhanced strength. Constructed from high-impact "no break" polyethylene, the rail contains no steel or wood components, ensuring a smooth, curved perimeter for ligature resistance. It is specifically designed to bolt onto Endurance™ wall mount bunks using tamper-resistant hardware provided. The rail is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, and is flame retardant (passes CAL 133) while also passing flammability tests under UL 94 HB. Additionally, it has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, the product is Greenguard Gold certified and comes with a 10-year factory warranty. The design is currently patent pending.
