The Endurance™ Bed 1.5 is a versatile, heavy-duty, medium-sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design made of high-impact "no break" polyethylene, with no steel or wood components, specifically designed for a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". The bed includes molded in side slots for property box storage and can be reverse-mounted to eliminate the property box feature, alongside molded in end shelving for open storage of personal items. It offers 4.0 cu. ft. of side storage across two compartments, sound dampening capabilities, and supports a static load of 2000 lb. The surface is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, and field-installed restraint rings are available. The bed can be bolted to the floor via concealed pilot holes with hardware of your choice. It passes flammability UL 94 HB and is tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a >99% reduction in bacteria. Flame retardant test reports (passes Cal 133) are available upon request, and it is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA. The noise generation test RAL-AN23-010 concludes that it produces half as many decibels compared to steel, and it is Greenguard Gold certified while being ligature resistant. The product comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
