The Endurance™ Bed 1.5 is a versatile, heavy-duty, medium-sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design made from high-impact "no break" polyethylene, without any steel or wood components. The bed is intended for use with a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommendation for a 4-1/2" thick mattress. It includes molded-in side slots for property box storage and offers the option to reverse-mount to eliminate the property box feature, as well as molded-in end shelving for open storage of personal items. The side storage provides 4.0 cu. ft. in two compartments, and the bed has a static load capacity of 2000 lb. It is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, with field-installed restraint rings available and the option to bolt it to the floor via concealed pilot holes. The bed passes flammability tests (UL 94 HB) and has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Flame retardant test reports (CAL 133) are available upon request. Manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, it generates half as many decibels as steel, according to the noise generation test RAL-AN23-010. The Endurance™ Bed 1.5 comes with a 10-year factory warranty, is Greenguard Gold certified, and features ligature resistance.
