The Endurance® bed 1.5 is a versatile, heavy duty, medium sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design made from high impact "no break" polyethylene, eliminating the need for steel or wood components. The bed is designed to accommodate a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". It includes molded-in side slots for property box storage, which can be reversed to eliminate this feature, as well as molded-in end shelving for open storage of personal items. The side storage offers 4.0 cu. ft. across two compartments, and the bed is equipped with sound dampening properties. It supports a static load of up to 2000 lb. and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Field-installed restraint rings are available, and the bed can be bolted to the floor through concealed pilot holes with your choice of hardware. It passes flammability tests under UL 94 HB and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Flame retardant test reports (CAL 133) are available upon request, and the product is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA. Noise generation tests (RAL-AN23-010) indicate that it produces half as many decibels compared to steel. The bed is GREENGUARD Gold certified and designed to be ligature resistant, all backed by a 10-year factory warranty.
