The Endurance™ Bed 1.5 is a versatile, heavy-duty, medium-sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. This bed features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design made of high-impact "no break" polyethylene, eliminating steel or wood components. It is intended for use with a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommendation for a 4-1/2" thick mattress. The bed includes molded-in side slots for property box storage and can be reverse-mounted to remove this feature if necessary. Additionally, it incorporates molded-in end shelving for open storage of personal items, providing 4.0 cu. ft. of side storage across two compartments. With a static load capacity of 2000 lb., the bed is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, and features sound dampening characteristics. Field-installed restraint rings can be added, and the bed can be bolted to the floor using concealed pilot holes. It passes flammability tests per UL 94 HB, has been tested to ISO 22196 demonstrating a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria, and is flame retardant, passing CAL 133 with test reports available upon request. The bed meets ISO quality standards, has undergone a noise generation test RAL-AN23-010 concluding it produces half the decibels of steel, and is GREENGUARD Gold certified. It is also ligature resistant and comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
