The Endurance™ 1.0 bed 1.0 is a versatile, heavy duty, medium sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design constructed of high impact "no break" polyethylene, eliminating steel or wood components. The bed is designed to accommodate a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". It offers options for reverse-mounting to remove the property box storage feature and includes end shelf storage with a capacity of 1.3 cu. ft. across two shelves, along with side storage of 4.0 cu. ft. in two compartments. The product incorporates sound dampening, supports a static load of 2000 lbs., and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Field installed restraint rings are available, and the bed can be bolted to the floor using concealed pilot holes and hardware of choice. It passes flammability testing per UL 94 HB, has been tested to ISO 22196 showing over 99% reduction in bacteria, and flame retardant test reports (passing CAL 133) are available upon request. Additionally, it is Greenguard Gold certified, ligature resistant, and comes with a 10-year factory warranty. The bed is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA.
