The Endurance™ 1.0 bed 1.0 is a versatile, heavy-duty, medium-sized sleep surface ideal for continuous, intensive use environments, featuring molded in side slots for property box storage and increased structural span strength, as well as molded in end shelving for open storage of personal items. The bed boasts a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design for increased strength, constructed of high impact "no break" polyethylene, without steel or wood components, and is designed to be used with a 30" x 75" mattress with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". The bed allows for reverse mounting to eliminate the property box storage feature and offers end shelf storage of 1.3 cu. ft. across two shelves and side storage of 4.0 cu. ft. across two compartments. Additional features include sound dampening, a 2000 lb. static load capacity, easy cleaning, sanitization and maintenance, and the option for field-installed restraint rings. It can be bolted to the floor via concealed pilot holes with hardware of your choice. The bed passes flammability UL 94 HB, is tested to ISO 22196 showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria, has flame retardant properties (CAL 133), is Greenguard Gold certified, and is ligature resistant. The product comes with a 10-year factory warranty and is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA.
