The Endurance™ 0.0 bed is a versatile, heavy-duty, space-saving sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design that enhances strength, constructed from high-impact "no break" polyethylene without any steel or wood components, and is compatible with a 30" x 77" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". The bed includes molded-in sides and ends for increased structural span strength and can be bolted to the floor via concealed pilot holes using hardware of your choice. The design incorporates sound dampening and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Field-installed restraint rings are available, and the bed passes flammability standards under UL 94 HB. It has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a >99% reduction in bacteria, and flame retardant test reports (CAL 133) are available upon request. This product is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, is GREENGUARD Gold certified, and ligature resistant. It comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
