The Endurance™ Bed 1.5 is a versatile, heavy-duty, medium-sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design made from high impact "no break" polyethylene, ensuring strength without steel or wood components. The bed is compatible with a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". It includes molded in side slots for property box storage, allowing for easy reverse-mounting to eliminate this feature if desired, along with molded in end shelving for open storage of personal items. The side storage provides 4.0 cu. ft. across two compartments. The bed supports a 2000 lb. static load and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Field-installed restraint rings are available, and the unit can be bolted to the floor through concealed pilot holes using hardware of your choice. It complies with flammability standards UL 94 HB and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Additionally, it passes the CAL 133 flame retardant test, with reports available upon request. The bed is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA and has a noise generation test RAL-AN23-010 that indicates it produces half as many decibels compared to steel. The product is covered by a 10-year factory warranty, is GREENGUARD Gold certified, and is ligature resistant.
