The Endurance™ 0.0 bed is a versatile, heavy-duty, space-saving sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design for enhanced strength, constructed from high-impact "no break" polyethylene, and is specifically designed for use with a 30" x 77" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". The molded-in sides and ends improve structural span strength, while the bed can be bolted to the floor via concealed pilot holes using hardware of your choice. It offers sound dampening and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Field-installed restraint rings are available, and the bed passes flammability UL 94 HB standards. It has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a >99% reduction in bacteria, and flame retardant test reports (passes CAL 133) can be provided upon request. The bed is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, is GREENGUARD Gold certified, and is ligature resistant. It comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
