The Endurance® 0.0 bed is a versatile, heavy-duty, space-saving sleep surface ideal for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design for increased strength, constructed of high impact "no break" polyethylene, with no steel or wood components, designed for use with a 30" x 77" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". The bed includes molded-in sides and ends for increased structural span strength and can be bolted to the floor via concealed pilot holes using hardware of your choice. It offers sound dampening qualities and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, with field-installed restraint rings available. The bed passes flammability tests UL 94 HB and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Flame retardant test reports (passing CAL 133) are available upon request. The Endurance® 0.0 bed is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA and is Greenguard Gold certified, as well as being ligature resistant, and comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
