The Endurance™ 0.0 bed is a versatile, heavy-duty, space-saving sleep surface ideal for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design for increased strength, constructed from high impact "no break" polyethylene without steel or wood components. The bed is designed for use with a 30" x 77" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". Molded-in sides and ends enhance structural span strength, and the unit can be bolted to the floor via concealed pilot holes using hardware of your choice. Additional attributes include sound dampening properties, ease of cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance, and the availability of field-installed restraint rings. The bed passes flammability testing per UL 94 HB standards and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing a >99% reduction in bacteria. Flame retardant test reports (passing CAL 133) are available upon request. The Endurance™ bed is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, is Greenguard Gold certified, and is ligature resistant. It also comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
