The Endurance™ Bed 1.5 is a versatile, heavy-duty, medium-sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. This bed features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design made from high-impact "no break" polyethylene, eliminating any steel or wood components. It is designed for use with a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". The bed includes molded in side slots for property box storage and molded in end shelving for the open storage of personal items, with 4.0 cu. ft. of side storage across two compartments. It is sound dampening, supports a static load of up to 2000 lb., and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Field-installed restraint rings are available, and the bed can be bolted to the floor via concealed pilot holes using hardware of your choice. The Endurance™ Bed passes flammability testing per UL 94 HB and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. It is flame retardant, passing CAL 133, with test reports available upon request. Manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, the bed generates half as many decibels in noise compared to steel, as concluded by the noise generation test RAL-AN23-010. The product comes with a 10-year factory warranty, is Greenguard Gold certified, and is ligature resistant.
