The Endurance™ Bed 1.5 is a versatile, heavy-duty, medium-sized sleep surface designed for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design for increased strength, constructed of high impact "no break" polyethylene, and is specifically designed for use with a 30" x 75" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". The bed includes molded-in side slots for property box storage and can be reverse-mounted to eliminate this feature, as well as molded-in end shelving for open storage of personal items. It provides 4.0 cu. ft. of side storage across two compartments and is designed for sound dampening, supporting a static load of up to 2000 lb. The bed is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, with optional field-installed restraint rings available. It can be bolted to the floor using concealed pilot holes with hardware of your choice. The bed passes flammability testing per UL 94 HB and has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Flame retardant test reports (CAL 133) are available upon request. Manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, it has undergone a noise generation test (RAL-AN23-010), showing half the decibels produced compared to steel. The bed comes with a 10-year factory warranty, is GREENGUARD Gold certified, and is ligature resistant.
