The Endurance™ 0.0 bed is a versatile, heavy-duty, space-saving sleep surface ideal for continuous, intensive use environments. It features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design for increased strength and is constructed of high impact "no break" polyethylene, with no steel or wood components. This bed is designed for use with a 30" x 77" mattress, and a 4-1/2" thick mattress is recommended. The molded-in sides and ends enhance structural span strength, and the unit can be bolted to the floor via concealed pilot holes using hardware of your choice. It offers sound dampening and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Field-installed restraint rings are available, and the bed passes flammability testing per UL 94 HB and is tested to ISO 22196, showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. It is flame retardant, passes the CAL 133 test, and test reports are available upon request. The bed is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, is Greenguard Gold certified, and is ligature resistant. The product comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
