The Endurance™ All Purpose Wall Mount Shelf/Step is a versatile, heavy-duty shelf designed for continuous, intensive use environments and can be installed with the flat surface facing either down or up, depending on its intended use; to minimize potential ligature risk, the angled sides should be oriented upward. This shelf features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design for increased strength and is constructed of high-impact "no break" polyethylene, eliminating the risk of steel or wood components. It functions as both a shelf and a step and can be bolted to the wall using pilot holes with hardware of your choice. Additional attributes include sound dampening, ease of cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance, along with compliance to flammability standards (UL 94 HB) and a tested reduction in bacteria (>99% as per ISO 22196). The shelf is flame retardant (passes CAL 133) and is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, ensuring it is ligature resistant.
