The Endurance™ wall mount bunk is designed for continuous, intensive use environments, offering a safe and durable solution for jail and prison cells. This innovative wall bunk features a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design made from high-impact "no break" polyethylene with no steel or wood components, reducing ligature points and eliminating dangerous edges. It can be bolted to the wall using pilot holes and hardware of your choice, accommodating a 30" x 75" mattress with a recommended thickness of 4-1/2". The bunk's space-saving design allows for double bunk use, and it can be paired with an Endurance wall bunk ladder or all-purpose shelves for convenient access to the upper bunk. For added security, it's compatible with wall bunk safety rails and includes sound dampening features. The product has undergone rigorous testing, including cycle testing with a 250 lb. load cycled 70,000 times and static load testing of 2,000 lbs. for 24 hours with residual deflection under 3". Additionally, it is easy to clean and sanitize, passes flammability standards (UL 94 HB) and flame retardant tests (CAL 133), and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, the bunk also complies with ASTM WK57116 for steel bunks, is Greenguard Gold certified, and is ligature resistant. The product comes with a 10-year factory warranty and is patent pending.
