The Endurance® Bed 2.0 is a versatile, heavy-duty bed designed for continuous, intensive use environments, featuring a large sleep surface that accommodates a 36" x 80" mattress, with a recommended 6" thickness. It includes optional molded-in side slots for property box storage and increased structural span strength, as well as molded-in end shelving for open storage of personal items, offering a total end shelf storage capacity of 2.3 cu. ft. across two shelves. The bed's durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design is constructed from high-impact "no break" polyethylene, ensuring no steel or wood components are present. The angled lowered side rail enhances accessibility for easier entry and exit, while sound dampening properties contribute to a quieter environment. The product is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, and can be equipped with field-installed restraint rings, as well as bolted to the floor through concealed pilot holes with hardware of your choice. It meets flammability standards of UL 94 HB and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing a >99% reduction in bacteria. Additionally, it passes CAL 133 flame retardant tests, with reports available upon request, and is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA. The bed is Greenguard Gold certified and ligature resistant, and it comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
