The Endurance™ Bed 2.1 is a versatile, heavy-duty bed designed for continuous, intensive use environments, featuring a large sleep surface optimized for strength and usability. It includes optional molded-in side slots for property box storage and enhanced structural span strength, along with molded-in end shelving for open storage of personal items. The durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design is constructed from high-impact "no break" polyethylene and is intended for use with a 36" x 80" mattress, with a 6" thick mattress recommended. Accessibility is improved with an angled lowered side rail, while storage capabilities include 2.3 cu. ft. in end shelves (2 shelves) and 4.0 cu. ft. in side compartments (2 compartments). The bed can be bolted to the floor using concealed pilot holes and hardware of your choice, with optional field-installed restraint rings available. The design allows for sound dampening, and the bed is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Mattresses and Barracuda boxes are sold separately. The product is flame retardant (passes CAL 133) with test reports available upon request, and it has been tested to ISO 22196 showing a >99% reduction in bacteria. Manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, the bed is GREENGUARD Gold certified and ligature resistant. It also comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
