The Endurance® Bed 2.1 is a versatile, heavy-duty bed designed for continuous, intensive use environments, featuring a large sleep surface with optional molded-in side slots for property box storage and increased structural span strength. This bed includes molded-in end shelving for open storage of personal items and boasts a durable one-piece, rotationally molded design made of high-impact "no break" polyethylene, suitable for a 36" x 80" mattress, with a recommendation for a 6" thick mattress. The bed offers 2.3 cubic feet of end shelf storage across two shelves and 4.0 cubic feet of side storage in two compartments. It can be securely bolted to the floor through concealed pilot holes using hardware of choice; field-installed restraint rings are also available. Additional features include sound dampening, ease of cleaning and sanitization, and flame retardant properties that pass the CAL 133 test, with test reports available upon request. It has been tested to ISO 22196, showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria, and is manufactured in the USA following ISO quality standards. The bed is Greenguard Gold certified and ligature resistant, and it comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
