The Endurance® bed 2.2 is a versatile, heavy-duty bed designed for continuous, intensive use environments, featuring an angled lowered side rail for easier entry and exit. Constructed from durable, one-piece, rotationally molded high-impact polyethylene, the bed contains no steel or wood components. It accommodates a 36" x 80" mattress, with a recommendation for a 6" thick mattress. The design includes sound dampening capabilities and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. The bed can be bolted to the floor using concealed pilot holes with hardware of your choice, and field-installed restraint rings are available. It passes flammability standards (UL 94 HB) and has been tested to ISO 22196, showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. Additionally, the bed is flame retardant (passes CAL 133), with test reports available upon request. Manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, it is GREENGUARD Gold certified and ligature resistant, and is backed by a 10-year factory warranty.
