The Endurance® Bed 2.1 is a versatile, heavy-duty bed designed for continuous, intensive use environments, featuring optional molded-in side slots for property box storage and increased structural span strength, along with molded-in end shelving for open storage of personal items. The bed boasts a durable one-piece, rotationally molded design made of high impact "no break" polyethylene, suitable for a 36" x 80" mattress, preferably with a thickness of 6". Accessibility is enhanced with an angled lowered side rail, while storage capabilities include 2.3 cu. ft. from two end shelves and 4.0 cu. ft. from two side compartments. The bed can be securely bolted to the floor using concealed pilot holes and desired hardware, with additional options for field-installed restraint rings. It features sound dampening properties and is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain. Mattresses and Barracuda boxes are sold separately. The bed has passed CAL 133 flame retardant testing, ISO 22196 testing showing a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria, and it is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA. Moreover, it is GREENGUARD Gold certified and ligature resistant, supported by a 10-year factory warranty.
