The Endurance™ Bed 2.0 is a versatile, heavy-duty bed designed for continuous, intensive use environments, featuring a large sleep surface that accommodates a 36" x 80" mattress, with a recommended thickness of 6". The bed consists of a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design made from high-impact "no break" polyethylene, ensuring no steel or wood components. It includes optional molded side slots for property box storage and enhanced structural strength, as well as molded end shelving providing 2.3 cu. ft. of open storage space across two shelves. The design incorporates an angled lowered side rail for easier entry and exit, sound dampening features, and ease of cleaning, sanitization, and maintenance. Field-installed restraint rings can be added, and the bed can be securely bolted to the floor using concealed pilot holes and hardware of the user's choice. It complies with flammability standards (passes UL 94 HB) and has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a >99% reduction in bacteria. Additionally, it is flame retardant (passes CAL 133), manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA, GREENGUARD Gold certified, and designed to be ligature resistant, all while being backed by a 10-year factory warranty.
