The Endurance™ Bed 2.0 is a versatile, heavy-duty bed designed for continuous, intensive use in environments requiring durable furnishings. It features an optional molded-in side slot for property box storage and increased structural span strength, along with molded-in end shelving that provides open storage for personal items. The bed's construction includes a durable, one-piece, rotationally molded design made from high-impact "no break" polyethylene, eliminating the use of steel or wood components. It is compatible with a 36" x 80" mattress, with a recommendation for a 6" thick mattress. The angled lowered side rail facilitates easier entry and exit, while the end shelf storage offers 2.3 cu. ft. across two shelves with sound dampening properties. The bed is easy to clean, sanitize, and maintain, and it can be equipped with field-installed restraint rings. Additionally, it can be bolted to the floor using concealed pilot holes with hardware of your choice. The Endurance Bed passes flammability tests per UL 94 HB and has been tested to ISO 22196, demonstrating a greater than 99% reduction in bacteria. It also complies with flame retardant standards (CAL 133) and is manufactured to ISO quality standards in the USA. The bed is Greenguard Gold certified and designed to be ligature resistant. It comes with a 10-year factory warranty.
